Reservations must be made. We can accommodate individuals or large groups. We only have 2 guest rooms so, booking is essential to avoid disappointment. All reservations are made via the internet.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions before making a reservation.
We are a small family business, run from home. We do not have an office and do not operate our computer all day. Emails are checked 2-3 times a week in the evenings after our normal days work. We aim to reply to all enquiries within 3-4 days of their receipt, but often reply sooner. We estimate that it takes about 2 weeks to secure a booking (intial enquiries; making a provisional reservation; then securing the booking). Please do not leave your reservation to the last minute.

(Note about our Terms & Conditions: Last minute cancellations have left us without guests during some of our busiest periods. Rooms have been prepared, food purchased, camels hired, other guests turned away and we have waited whole days for guests to meet us as agreed in Risanni. This has cost our family alot of money and left us without an income for extended periods of time. As such, we feel that we have had no option but to change our Terms & Conditions and now request that payment is made at the time of booking your visit.)
